With the help of the attentive staff, we had a fine stay. We liked hotel's beautiful reception. Stayed in functional standard queen room with comfortable bed, shampoo, for instance. The property was set in a nice area. Having different soft drinks in the downstairs bar was a very nice touch.

Peaceful location, good prices. The staff were considerate and a more than adequate breakfast was provided. Immaculately clean and calm hotel in Hayes district. I liked our queen room with contemporary furniture. Generally service was decent too.

It is not far from the airport. We enjoyed mercure london heathrow. Hayes neighbourhood deserves to be explored. We were able to park on site.
